China Reciprocal Tariff (Update) (10 %) – Late on August 11, 2025, the President signed a new Executive Order extending the postponement of heightened China Reciprocal Tariffs for 90 days until November 10, 2025. The current 10% reciprocal tariff remains in effect during this postponement period. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has also issued official guidance the same evening.
